Coach Michelle was a dual-sport athlete for her entire career, competing in NCAA D3 in both basketball and softball. Her passion for the game didn’t stop after college–she moved into coaching and has coached softball for nearly 15 years and has a passion for developing the mental game of athletes.
She uses her on field experience to empower youth athletes through tailored mental training. She teaches practical, proven mental strategies to improve performance, consistency, and confidence. These topics help athletes not only in their sports but also in other areas of life, as they learn valuable lessons about discipline, emotional intelligence, and mental well-being.
Off the field, Coach Michelle has a PhD in Chemistry and understands the importance of balancing academics with athletics.
